The United Leasing Association (ULA) was founded in 1999. It is the professional community of the Russian Federation leasing market participants, which unites over 90 leasing (and other) companies in Russia.
The mission of the ULA is creation of favourable conditions for leasing development in the Russian Federation, provisioning of necessary services for members of the Association, formation of high industrial standards, interaction with regional and federal authorities and other associations aimed to building of reasonable state policy connected to the leasing industry as a whole.
The Association's main objective is representation of interests of all leasing market participants, i.e. leasing companies, suppliers, insurance companies, banks and others in state structures and economic, trading, public and other organizations.
There is an Ethical Code, accepted by members of the United Leasing Association, which regulates relations of Association members with the public, state structures, colleagues, clients, partners and other members of the Association.
The United Leasing Association is member of the European Leasing Association (Leaseurope) since 2011.
