The General meeting

The supreme authirity of the Association is the General meeting of Association members. The basic function of the General meeting of members is provision of observance, by the Association, of the purposes in which interests it has been created.
 
The decisions of the General meeting are approved by majority of the votes by the Association members which are present at the meeting, except cases specified by the present Charter.
 
The General meeting of Association members is assembled by the Association Council as required, but at least once in a year. The decisions of the General meeting are obligatory to be fulfilled by all members of the Association.
  

The Association Council

The Association Council is a constantly active joint authority of the Association, which is assembled as required, but no less than once in a quarter.
 
The Association Council consists of 11 persons. The Councillors of the Association are elected by General meeting of Association members for a period of one year. The chairman of the Association Council (the President) is elected from among councillors for a period of one year. The chairman of the Association Council (the President) organizes work of the Association Council and carrying out sessions of the Association Council.
 
By tradition established from the beginning of Association creation, elections of the Council Chairman (the President) are held on May of each year.
 

The Revision committee

The Revision committee is elected by the General meeting of Association members in number of three persons for a period of one year and performs control of Association's financial activity.
 
 
The Revision committee submits a work report annually for approval by the Council of the Association.
 
 
The Revision committee creates conclusions under annual statements and the balance sheet. Without a conclusion of the Revision committee, the Association's balance sheet cannot be confirmed by General meeting of Association members.
 

Committees

Committee on insurance
 
 The chairman - temporarily absent.
The Committee was created in February, 2006.
The primary goals and activity directions of the Committee are: 
·             Research and aggregation of leasing transactions insurance practice, revealing of leasing companies requirements and development of offers and recommendations for enhancement of insurance realization.
·             Presentation of proposals on legislation enhancement, regarding insurance of leasing transactions, at federal and regional levels, interaction with state structures which are carrying out this work.
·             Strengthening of insurance companies role in leasing sector of the market, work on enhancement of relations between insurance and leasing companies.
·             Development of recommendations and offers on organization of training in leasing transactions insurance area.
